Frequently Asked Questions About Orders, Shipping & Returns


🕐 Production & Timelines

How long does it take to make my order? Every item on Goods Rest is made on demand — produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Average production time is 2–7 business days, depending on the product type, production workload, and time of year. During peak periods (holidays, seasonal sales) timelines may be extended. An estimated ship-by date is shown in your order details.


Can production be expedited? Standard production cannot be sped up. If your order seems to be taking unusually long — contact us and we’ll check the status with the manufacturer.


Why is my order delayed? Possible reasons:

  • the required size or color is out of stock with the supplier
  • the item did not pass quality control and has been sent for reprinting
  • the order contains 12 or more items
  • holidays or peak season

If your order has not shipped within 7 business days — contact us and we’ll look into it.


🚚 Shipping

What shipping method is used? All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping with a delivery time of 2–5 business days for domestic orders. It’s a reliable and proven method that strikes the right balance between speed and cost.


How long does international shipping take? International orders typically arrive within 10–30 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and the location of the fulfillment center. If the manufacturer is based in the same region as the buyer, delivery may take as little as 3–7 business days. Specific timeframes are shown at checkout.


My order seems to be lost in transit. What should I do? If the tracking number hasn’t updated for an extended period and there are grounds to believe the package is lost — contact us. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, your order will be reshipped or fully refunded. Please note: shipping delays alone are not grounds for a refund.


I entered the wrong address. What happens? Once an order has been sent to production, changing the address is extremely difficult — we’ll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee a successful change. If the package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, only the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please double-check your address carefully before placing an order.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if I changed my mind? No. Since every item is produced individually for a specific order, returns and exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted — this is standard practice for print-on-demand production. If you ordered the wrong size or color, this is considered a buyer error. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.


My item arrived damaged or with a print error. What should I do? If your item arrived damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or with an error in the design — we will reprint the order free of charge or issue a full refund, including shipping. Simply send us photos of the defect within 30 days of receiving your order. No physical return is required.


I received the wrong item or part of my order is missing. Contact us with a photo and your order number. We’ll review the situation and arrange a reshipment of the missing items or issue appropriate compensation.


How long does a refund take to process? Once your claim is confirmed, the refund is processed within 1–5 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take additional time.


❌ Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order? Cancellation is only possible before production begins. Once an order has been sent to production, cancellation cannot be guaranteed — materials and resources are already in use. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do everything we can.


🎨 Quality & Design

Why does the color on my item look slightly different from the preview? Minor color differences between screen and print are a normal part of print-on-demand production. Monitors display color in RGB, while printers use CMYK. This is not a manufacturing defect and is not grounds for a return. If color accuracy is important to you — check with the author before purchasing.


Why doesn’t Goods Rest accept quality complaints when the issue is in the original design file? If a problem arises from an incorrect design file — low resolution, incorrect margins, layout errors — this does not constitute a manufacturing defect. In such cases, reprints and refunds are not provided. Goods Rest authors are responsible for the quality of the files they upload.
